Position Summary
The company is hiring a seasoned Project Manager to oversee restoration projects in the NYC area. This leadership role requires strong organizational skills, technical expertise, and the ability to manage multiple high-value projects while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead exterior restoration projects including masonry, roofing, waterproofing, concrete, and façade rehabilitation.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery.
• Conduct site visits, monitor progress, and proactively resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
• Maintain accurate project documentation including schedules, budgets, and reports.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction project management, ideally in exterior restoration or related fields.
• Strong technical knowledge of restoration techniques, building materials, and construction processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software.
• PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
