Project Engineer - Land Development

Location: Houston, TX | Hybrid

A leading civil engineering consultancy is seeking a Project Engineer to support land development projects across Houston and surrounding markets. The Role

As a Project Engineer, you'll play a key role in designing and managing site/civil components for land development projects. You'll collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions while supporting project management tasks such as budgeting, scheduling, and client coordination. Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare grading, drainage, utility, and stormwater management plans.
  • Support project management activities, including schedules and budgets.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with local permitting and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • 5+ years of experience in site/civil engineering and land development.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
  • PE Licensed in Texas
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
