This is for a Sr. Project Manager/Program Manager with strong MES and SCADA systems experience.
This is an onsite role in the New Albany, OH area.
Candidates MUST BE WITHIN DRIVING DISTANCE.
Application System Validation in a regulatory biopharma manufacturing environment is important to have and will partner with client leads in these areas. Additionally, will partner with the respective Workstream Leads supporting Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Finite Scheduling, QBAS (Qualified Building Application System), AR/VR Lines, Equipment Co-Pilot (AI), Legal Control Tower, ASRS (Automated Storage and Retrieval - Warehouse), Smart Vision (Camera’s, Optics), SAP and Quality Lab. GenAI will be deployed but estimated not until late 2026, early 2027 timeframe.

Role: Program Manager
Milestone is seeking a Program Manager with biopharmaceutical manufacturing experience to join our team. Working knowledge and understanding of manufacturing applications, Application System Validation procedures in a regulatory manufacturing environment will be important and needed for this role. The PM will take ownership and manage work collaboratively, partnering with multiple FTE workstream leads. Must also have a working knowledge of Agile, Scrum methodologies and frameworks.
Must be knowledgeable in biopharmaceutical manufacturing execution systems (MES), SCADA, and have working knowledge of Finite Scheduling efficiencies (i.e. all jobs can be completed with the available resources, including labor, machinery, and materials.) Important candidate has the experience in planning schedules with tasks, activities, and must be proficient in status reporting, risk/issue mitigation delivered and completed on time and within budget. Will also need to onboard project resources using clients onboarding protocols.
PM will be responsible for all budgeting (itemized CAPEX line items), forecasting, PO’s, Invoices and is expected to provide status of project invoices and shipment / receiving of equipment. Will provide planning and provide guidance re: how the work will be done and will align and work closely with the Product Owner.
