The ideal candidate will be a compassionate and dedicated professional, committed to providing high-quality outpatient care. This role involves working closely with our team to deliver patient-focused services and contribute to the overall well-being of our patients. Established since 60 years, Ridgecrest Regional Hospital (RRH) is a non-profit, full-service Hospital with 25 inpatient beds, a 99-bed skilled nursing facility, and outpatient clinics. Located in Ridgecrest, California, home of the China Lake Naval Air Weapons Station, it is near the Sierra Mountains and full of natural wonders, outdoor activities, and sunshine. In 2023, RRH was honored by the American Medical Association for promoting the well-being of healthcare workers, and it has an established physician well-being program.
