As we continue to grow, we’re searching for a skilled plasterer to join our team and help deliver top-quality results to our clients.

Role Overview:

As a plasterer at VKB Homes, you’ll be responsible for applying, repairing, and finishing plaster surfaces to meet both functional and decorative requirements. This role requires precision, skill, and the ability to work independently while keeping client expectations in mind.

Responsibilities:

• Estimate job requirements, including time needed, materials, etc.
• Coordinate project plans with Design Team, Project Management and Clients.
• Examine and prepare surfaces for plastering.
• Select and mix appropriate plastering materials for each job.
• Apply plaster finishes to interior and exterior surfaces.
• Perform repairs on existing plaster work.
• Identify and report structural issues to the site foreman.
• Collaborate with team members and contractors to meet deadlines.
• Clean and maintain work areas upon completion.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of plastering experience.
• Skilled in multiple plastering techniques and materials.
• Must be able to perform a sand float and sanded skip trowel finish.
• Strong communication and professionalism.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Decorative plastering and design experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required.
• Firm requirement: Proven ability to complete multiple plaster textures—without these skills, candidates will not be eligible.
