Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – Comprehensive Pain Center

Everett, Washington

Optum WA (formerly The Everett Clinic) is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our interdisciplinary pain management team. This is a unique opportunity to work in a collaborative, clinician-led environment focused on improving patient outcomes and clinician well-being.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide outpatient care for adults 18+ referred by primary care
• Manage complex pain cases with both opioid and non-opioid therapies
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including MDs, psychologists, and physical therapists
• Use EPIC EMR with shared in-basket support and DAX AI charting assistant
• Participate in a 1:3 after-hours phone-only call rotation (no refills)

Work Schedule:

• Full-time
• 4-Day Work Week

Qualifications:

• NP (AANC/AANP) or PA/ARNP certification with WA licensure
• 1+ year of interventional pain management or PM&R experience
• Experience with EPIC preferred
• Strong communication, flexibility, and team collaboration skills
