Physical Therapist (Full-Time or Part-Time)

Our outpatient physical therapy clinic has been proudly serving the Gurnee, IL community for 2 years and continues to grow! With 2 dedicated physical therapists on staff, we are looking to add another PT to our team due to an exciting influx in patient volume.

We are a collaborative, patient-centered practice that values quality one-on-one care and professional growth.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Full-time experienced PTs: up to $100,000/year
• New graduate full-time PTs: up to $85,000/year
• Part-time compensation: discussed during interview
• Bonus structure based on individual and clinic performance/productivity

Position Details:

• Schedule: Full-time or part-time
• Full-time: 30+ hours per week (Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM, 1-hour lunch 12–1 PM)
• Part-time: 2–3 days per week
• Setting: Outpatient orthopedic and neurologic physical therapy
• Treatment Model: One-on-one patient care, 40-minute treatment intervals
• Documentation System: WebPT

Requirements:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree
• Active and clear Illinois PT license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Strong interpersonal and clinical reasoning skills
• New graduates are encouraged to apply!
