What You’ll Do As A Pest Control Technician

• Perform pest control services at homes, apartments, and commercial properties
• Assess each situation and develop effective pest management solutions
• Communicate clearly with customers to explain treatments and answer questions
• Keep detailed records of services performed, including notes and photos for follow-up visits
• Manage your daily schedule to arrive on time for each appointment
• Ensure compliance with state pesticide laws and company policies

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

• 7A Certification
• Pest control experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Comfortable using application equipment, small tools, and technology

Technical Skills

• Licensed pest control technician (7A Certification)
• Pest inspection, diagnosis, and treatment planning
• Use of pest control application equipment (B&G sprayers, backpack misters, Actisol, etc.)
• Record-keeping and documentation with technology tools (photos, notes, digital logs)
• Knowledge of state pesticide laws and compliance standards

Schedule & Work Environment

• Tuesday - Saturday , 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM
• Extended hours (overtime) required during peak season (May - October)
• Must be willing to handle last-minute customer requests
