Our programs are customized based on the individual needs of each athlete, including their sport, season, age, biomechanics, and experience in the weight room. We combine thorough evaluations, professional coaching, and evidence-based methods to help athletes achieve elite-level performance. Progress is tracked every 4-6 weeks through performance metrics to ensure continual improvement. Our team is passionate about making a meaningful impact on athletes' journeys.
Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role located in Peoria, AZ, for a Performance Coach. Responsibilities include providing individualized coaching in athletic performance, designing customized training programs, monitoring athletes’ progress, and adjusting plans as needed to meet their goals. The Performance Coach will also participate in regular evaluations and assessments while fostering a positive and motivating environment for athletes.
