Job Description

Job Summary: The Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing all phases of retail construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and extensive experience in managing high-end retail construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Oversee all aspects of the construction project from planning to completion.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage on-site construction teams, including subcontractors and laborers.
  • Scheduling: Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all work meets or exceeds quality standards and complies with building codes and regulations.
  • Safety Management: Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, control costs, and ensure financial efficiency.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.
  • Reporting: Provide regular progress reports to senior management and clients.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to travel to projects round Florida and surrounding States.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management, with at least 3 years in a superintendent role. Experience in retail or Class A office construction is highly preferred.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in construction management software.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations, with a focus on luxury retail projects

Salary Package:

  • $100,000 - $120,000 Base
  • Per day per diem
