This role offers the perfect blend of challenging work and the opportunity to make a real impact in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries.

What You'll Do:

  • Engage in strategic counseling, helping clients develop robust intellectual property portfolios and navigate the complex landscape of regulatory exclusivities and patent protection.
  • Conduct thorough freedom-to-operate, patentability, and due diligence analyses to support corporate transactions and strategic partnerships.
  • Collaborate with a global network to manage foreign patent prosecution and craft compelling responses to the USPTO.
  • Partner with litigation teams to provide technical expertise in patent enforcement and defense.

What You'll Bring:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school and active membership in a State Bar.
  • Registration to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
  • 1-5 years of experience in patent prosecution, particularly within a biotechnology or life sciences practice.

Why This Role?

You'll be part of a collaborative and innovative environment where your expertise is valued and your growth is encouraged. Enjoy a competitive base salary ranging from $225,000 to $435,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes bonuses, medical coverage, and paid time off. Plus, with a hybrid work option, you'll have the flexibility to balance your professional and personal life.

Note: Candidates will need to provide law school transcripts, a writing sample or deal sheets, and a cover letter to be considered. Interview expenses will be covered. Compensation details may vary based on experience and location.

If you're ready to shape the future of biotechnology and make a significant impact, we want to hear from you!
