Padua Home Buyers is a growing real estate investment company specializing in buying, selling, and renting properties across Texas. We are currently seeking a driven and results-oriented Acquisitions Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for working directly with motivated property owners and converting leads into signed purchase agreements. This is a sales-focused position where your income is directly tied to performance and closed deals. About the Role

As an Acquisitions Manager at Padua Home Buyers, you will play a key role in driving revenue by identifying, engaging, and negotiating with real estate buyers for our off-market property inventory. This is a high-impact position focused on relationship-building, strategic outreach, and closing deals.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage with motivated sellers through inbound and outbound lead sources.
  • Build rapport and trust with property owners to understand their needs and pain points.
  • Evaluate properties, run comps, and determine accurate offer prices based on market data.
  • Negotiate and secure purchase agreements with sellers, ensuring win-win outcomes.
  • Maintain detailed records of leads, follow-ups, and communications in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and dispositions teams to ensure a smooth handoff of acquired properties.
  • Continuously refine acquisition strategies to improve conversion rates and deal flow.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of prior sales experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in real estate, sales, business or a related field of study is highly preferred. Not required.

Required Skills

  • Experience with Salesforce, GSuite, and running property comparables preferred.
  • Top-notch written, verbal, and non-verbal communication skills required.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills are required.
  • Active driver’s license + access to a car required.
  • Spanish speaking optional, but a big plus.

Pay range and compensation package

  • Full time position (8:30am - 7:00pm CT).
  • 20% work from home; 80% in the field, meeting with homeowners.
  • Monday - Friday (Saturday/Sunday as needed).
  • 90 day training program (monthly salary during training).
  • After training, compensation is % of closed gross profits + performance-based bonuses.
  • All training, tools, systems, and software will be provided.
  • Position available immediately.
