We are looking for a detail-oriented Order Entry Specialist to process and manage customer orders for our manufacturing operations. This role ensures accurate data entry, timely order fulfillment, and coordination across production, sales, and logistics teams.
Key Responsibilities:Enter and manage customer orders in ERP system.
Verify product codes, pricing, and delivery terms.
Coordinate with production and shipping to meet delivery schedules.
Communicate order status updates to customers and internal teams.
Maintain accurate records of orders, returns, and backorders.
High school diploma (Associate's degree preferred).
Experience in order entry or manufacturing customer service.
Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
