Job Description

Qualifications:

• Minimum High school graduate, AA or higher preferred
• Minimum 2 years+ Customer Service/Inside Sales experience preferred
• Previous experience in a manufacturing/engineering related capacity is preferred
• Proficient with MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word, experience is preferred
• Aptitude for enterprise resource system software
• Able to communicate easily and clearly in English
• Must be able to legally work for any employer in the United States of America

Responsibilities:

• Process customer orders via CRM - entry and close out Revenue, RMA & Sample (HubSpot/Workwise preferred)
• Responds to customer inquiries via email or incoming voicemail
• Assists accounting with questions/invoices from manufacturing partners
• Maintains RMA SharePoint database
• Create customized RMA reports for customers
• Handles incoming & outgoing shipping requests, keeps team members informed of status
• Schedules return service for RMAs (FedEx call tags & BOLs)
• Creates BOLs and schedules trailer drop and pickup for LTL & FTL shipments from our manufacturing partner
• Audits & approves shipping invoices (FedEx & LTL) for accounting
• Support Sales & Marketing Projects as needed.
• Create and maintain customized Sales and Operations reports via Excel and BI reporting.
• Responsible for answering the door and offering guidance to visitors
• Programs and/or reworks sample units to match current revisions
• Audit support documentation and SOP to improve efficiency within department
• Maintain general knowledge on new and existing products, including information on options and performance.
• Create quotes (formal & informal) for customers & sales staff
