Title: Senior Financial Systems Analyst Location: Lake Buena Vista FL 32830 Duration: 8 Months Contract Work Schedule: Hybrid role; In-Office days currently Mon. & Tue. Notes: Will be working on systems integrations. Must be familiar with financial reconciliations. Having experience with SAP and automation a strong plus . Description/Comment: This position will be part of the OTC Non-Composite team. This position will provide support and leadership independently, as needed, in various sustainment activities impacting multiple applications. The position will play a key role in partnering with the Clients to resolve system and process issues across multiple systems and consider the correct processing and accounting of financial data. It will also focus on ensuring changes to financial data is properly documented and integrated within financial systems. Additional responsibilities include working with finance partners for approval, perform testing efforts to validate financial requirements, and work with IT and Business partners to ensure that critical financial needs are covered. This will include supporting exceptions and incidents management as well as project support through testing, documentation, and training. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent in an Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, Business, or related field. Minimum of 4 – 6 years of demonstrated high-level professional knowledge and skills in finance. Minimum of 4 - 6 years supporting systems integration sustainment. Experience working for large company and within a matrix organization. Passion for and knowledge of emerging technologies to deliver best practice ensuring financial systems integrity and controls. Expert knowledge/experience in Financial Systems and area for business and technical audiences. Experience supporting change for large projects that encompass front of house and back of house finance/accounting and integration to SAP ensuring financial integrity. Demonstrate multi-tasking and project management skills to manage workload from sustainment to project testing, while adhering to deadlines and high quality. Experienced in using the Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Access, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project). Excellent written and verbal communications skills Ability to develop a logical and persuasive approach and outline for a “deck”. Demonstrated ability to build credibility with internal clients and to navigate organizational structures. Proven ability to collaborate, establish relationships, and build credibility with employees and teams. Demonstrated self-starter. Ability to understand and adapt to different audiences and clients. Experience with small to medium projects that encompass front of house and back of house finance/accounting with integration to SAP ensuring financial integrity. Demonstrate multi-tasking skills to manage workload while adhering to deadlines and high quality.
