About the Role:

The Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable Associate plays a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of the organization by ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments. This position is responsible for managing the company's cash flow by tracking incoming and outgoing payments, reconciling accounts, and resolving discrepancies. The associate will collaborate with various departments to ensure that all financial transactions are recorded accurately and in compliance with company policies. Additionally, this role involves generating financial reports that provide insights into the company's financial status, which aids in strategic decision-making. Responsibilities:

• Process accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
• Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
• Communicate with vendors and customers to resolve payment discrepancies and inquiries.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports to assist in budgeting and forecasting.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring all financial data is accurate and complete.
