We’re partnering with a school district in Maricopa County, AZ to hire a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) for the 2025–2026 school year. This is a full-time, school-based opportunity working 40 hours per week supporting students across a K–12 setting.
The Occupational Therapist will provide direct and consultative therapy services to help students develop the skills needed for academic success, independence, and participation in the school environment.
Position Details:
Location: In-person, 40 hours per week
Schedule: Full-time; Monday–Friday
Start Date: ASAP
School Year: 2025/2026
Responsibilities:
• Provide occupational therapy services in accordance with students’ IEPs
• Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify student needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and related service providers
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active Arizona Occupational Therapy license
• NBCOT certification
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
