JOB DESCRIPTION
The attorneys at Tittle & Perlmuter are looking to add an Associate Attorney to manage an increasing number of inquiries from clients around Northeast Ohio. You will be joining a phenomenally successful firm, focusing in medical malpractice, nursing home neglect, personal injury (car crashes), wage & hour, and ERISA. This position will be focused on the injury practice.

QUALIFICATIONS

Our firm needs someone who is a top-end legal writer, along with someone who is willing to grab the bull by the horns - this is the only way you can successfully depose doctors and experts with far more knowledge in the subject area.
We are looking for someone who can manage diverse and complex cases from start to finish with minimal supervision required. Experience in taking depositions and reviewing records is a plus, but we will consider someone without this experience if they can demonstrate a “go getter” mentality. We will provide and pay for training for the right person. The applicant must be an active member of the State Bar of Ohio in good standing.
