Description We are looking for a talented Motion Graphic Designer to join our dynamic e-commerce client in Irvine, California. In this role, you will focus on designing engaging motion graphics, managing video edits, and ensuring the efficient delivery of creative assets across various platforms. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who excels in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about visual storytelling and digital content creation. Responsibilities: · Create a wide range of motion graphic content to support brand, product, social media, UX, web, and marketing initiatives. · Partner with Division Manager to ensure all creative projects are executed, managed and delivered properly from start to finish. · See concepts through to completion by working to develop final edits, color correction and any other elements part of the post-production process. · Work collaboratively and constructively on each project with others on the Marketing & Creative teams. · Contribute new ideas and look for ways to improve content and processes · Manage and archive files as directed. · Able to manage multiple complex projects on time and on budget; able to self-manage projects and work within established deadlines. · Adapt to scheduling changes and willingness to shift gears when necessary. · Must thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to prioritize tasks with quick turnaround time while demonstrating strong workflow management and communication skills. · Support E-com Video Content Creator on all video projects as needed · Create alternate variations from cut masters for different social media channels. Requirements · A degree in the field of Motion Graphics, Media Arts, Advertising/Marketing and/or equivalent professional experience. · Must be able to color grade footage for product accuracy · Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator) and motion graphic platforms is required. · Must maintain a basic understanding of video and digital processes as they relate to motion graphics design in a changing technical landscape. · Proficiency in audio/sound editing techniques · Attention to detail and an ability to take and implement direction, feedback, and delivery of assets. · Organized and self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and responsibility Innovation starts with people.® Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
