• 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday | 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: Sunday–Thursday | 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Position Title: Maintenance Mechanic (Machine Repair)

Overview:

PrideNow is seeking skilled Maintenance Mechanics to join our team. This is a direct hire opportunity offering stable hours, competitive pay, and great benefits. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical aptitude and experience performing complex repairs in an industrial or manufacturing environment.

Qualifications:

• Journeyman’s papers or equivalent degree/certification and 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience
• – OR –
• Minimum 10 years performing complex mechanical maintenance work
• Proven ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production machinery and support systems
• Proficiency in mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• Experience operating machine shop equipment (lathe, milling machine, drill press, etc.)
• Basic computer skills; ability to use a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS)
• Commitment to safety, cleanliness, and teamwork

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive maintenance on engines, motors, conveyor systems, and production machines
• Diagnose mechanical issues using precision measuring and testing tools
• Dismantle and repair defective components using hand and power tools
• Fabricate and replace parts as needed using shop equipment and welding tools
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and communicate issues effectively
• Support training of line mechanics and apprentices
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
• Maintain parts and supply inventory as needed

Physical and Medical Requirements:

• Must be physically capable of performing job duties safely
• May be required to pass a medical examination, including X-ray

Compensation:

• Pay Rate: $30.00 – $34.25 per hour (based on experience)
• Job Type: Full-time
• Expected Hours: 40 hours per week
