Now Hiring: Maintenance Mechanic I (2nd Shift) — Perfect for a Mechanically Inclined Technician Ready to Grow!

Shift: 2nd (1:00pm – 9:30pm)

Pay: $26–$28/hr (DOE)

Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire

Our client is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic I with hands-on experience working with industrial equipment, tools, and systems that keep our manufacturing operations running smoothly.

This is a great opportunity for someone with 1–3 years of mechanical experience (auto, facilities, industrial, HVAC, general repair, etc.) who is ready to take the next step.

What You’ll Do

• Perform routine preventative maintenance on production equipment and building systems
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and plumbing issues
• Keep detailed records of work orders and maintenance activities in our CMMS system
• Monitor equipment performance and identify issues before they become problems
• Assist with continuous improvement, safety, and reliability projects
• Keep your workspace clean, organized, and “audit-ready”
• Support the facilities and utilities team to keep the entire plant operating smoothly

What We’re Looking For

You don’t need to be an expert — just someone with solid mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn.

• 1–3 years of mechanical or maintenance experience (any industry)
• Ability to troubleshoot basic mechanical or electrical issues
• Comfortable working with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
• Strong attention to detail and pride in doing quality work
• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs and be on your feet throughout the shift
• Positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and reliable work ethic

Experience in manufacturing or GMP/OSHA environments is a plus, but not required; they’ll train you.
