Our med spa is seeking a  skilled, compassionate, and client-centered Licensed Esthetician to join our expanding practice. The ideal candidate is passionate about skincare and cosmetic treatments, blending  technical expertise with artistry and genuine care to deliver transformative results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a comprehensive range of facial and skincare treatments — including chemical peels, microdermabrasion, microneedling, body treatments, and cryotherapy — ensuring optimal safety, precision, and effectiveness for every client.
• Conduct thorough skin analyses and in-depth consultations to design personalized treatment plans that address each client's specific skin concerns, goals, and conditions.
• Educate clients on proper skincare techniques, pre- and post-treatment protocols, and strategies for maintaining overall skin health and vitality.
• Recommend and create tailored at-home regimens to complement in-clinic treatments and support long-term results.
• Evaluate and document clients' skin conditions with attention to sensitivities, allergies, and contraindications, modifying treatment protocols as needed to ensure comfort and safety.
• Maintain detailed and accurate client records, tracking treatment history, outcomes, and progress to ensure consistency and continuity of care.
• Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and infection control by maintaining a sanitized, organized, and professional treatment environment at all times.

Requirements:

• Current Esthetician license.
• Experience in medical esthetics
• Knowledge of skincare products and treatments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule

Job Type: Full-Time, Part-Time

Salary: $19 Hourly Pay + Tips & Commission

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
