Lead Mechanical Engineer – Hybrid Field & Client-Facing Role (WA State Only)

Location: Bellevue, WA (Hybrid – Onsite 2x/week)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM

Compensation: $120,000 – $150,000/year (DOE) + Car Allowance

Employment Type: Direct Hire

Required Residency: Washington State residents only

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage multi-year service contracts across King, Snohomish, and Pierce Counties
• Be the go-to technical expert and point of contact for new and existing clients
• Oversee technician scheduling, billing accuracy, and client satisfaction
• Perform on-site inspections, troubleshoot field issues, and guide project execution
• Collaborate closely with dispatch and engineering teams to ensure deliverable quality
• Attend industry events and represent the company in business development efforts
• Write proposals, prepare specifications, and support design-build and MCCM projects

What You Need to Bring

• Active Washington State PE license (Mechanical)
• 7+ years of experience in mechanical design or field service (HVAC/plumbing focus)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience with Revit, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Physically able to conduct site visits, including ladder climbing
• Reliable transportation – must cover King, Snohomish, and Pierce Counties (car allowance provided)
