Job Description

Tyto Athene is searching for a Project Manager to work with physical security professionals in the design, engineering, installation, testing, and maintenance of physical security systems and the associated infrastructure supporting designated Navy facilities.

Responsibilities:

• Responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Manage physical security development & installation projects adhering to project scope, budget, and schedule.
• Manage work and deliverables as defined by the task performance work statements (PWS).
• Develop project WBS and schedules to guide project completion
• Lead multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Track and analyze performance data and make recommendations for improvements.
• Manage the activities of the project team
• Manage multiple projects concurrently
• Prepare and present reports on project status.
• Submit purchase requisitions.
• Some travel may be required.

Required:

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering and at least 4 years of experience in two of the following system categories: acquisition, processing, analysis and reporting, direction finding, communications, antenna and radio frequency distribution or automated information systems.
• Alternate Qualifications: If lieu of a Bachelors, the candidate shall have ten (7) years of experience working in systems’ design and engineering, electrical engineering, integration and testing of DOD systems and six (6) years in two of the following categories: acquisition, processing, analysis and reporting, direction finding, communications, antenna and radio frequency distribution or automated information systems.
• Three (3) years of experience with project management and the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Working ability with MS suite of products (MS Work, Excel, Project)

Desired:

• Knowledge and understanding of Access Control, Intrusion Detection and video surveillance/recording equipment/systems design, evaluation, testing, installation, and maintenance is a plus.
• Project Management certificate, PMP or CAP is a plus.

Clearance:

• Active TS clearance.
• Must be capable of passing a CI polygraph.
