✍ Short Description:
We are seeking a Graphic Designer to serve as the go-to creator for marketing and product-marketing assets. You will design on-brand materials in Figma, systematize components and templates, and support sales enablement, reports, presentations, social, ads, and light web/page mockups. The role includes maintaining file hygiene, basic QA, and building a lightweight brand guide to ensure consistency across channels while collaborating with marketing on day-to-day deliverables.

💼 Responsibilities:
Own end-to-end design of marketing assets in Figma as the source of truth, maintaining reusable components, styles, and templates. Create Google Slides templates and migrate legacy decks; design data-heavy pages (ebooks, reports) with clear hierarchy, charts, and visualizations; and produce brand-consistent social/ads to spec. Contribute visuals for email, web, and page wireframes, keep a lightweight brand guide (logo, color, type, iconography), and enforce file hygiene—naming, versioning, exports—along with basic QA and accessibility checks.
💡 Qualifications:
2+ years in graphic design with strong color, layout, and typography fundamentals.
Proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, libraries, exports).
Presentation design skills in Google Slides/PowerPoint.
Experience creating social/ad creatives; familiarity with LinkedIn formats preferred.
Ability to design long-form or data-heavy content (reports, ebooks) with clarity.
Experience building brand kits or adapting existing brand styles to new formats.
Nice to have: understanding of performance marketing, prior B2B/SaaS exposure.
