Now Hiring: School Based Occupational Therapist Assistant (OTA) - Part-time or Full-Time Options Location: Indianapolis, IN Schedule: Part-Time 1-2 days per week (flexible on days) or Full-Time Grade Levels: Elementary and/or Middle School Compensation: $38/hr Start Date: ASAP Contract Type: Through end of school year with option to renew next school year Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist Assistant (OTA) to join our school-based team, providing essential therapy services to students in elementary and/or middle school. The OTA will assist the Occupational Therapist to conduct evaluations, develop individualized plans of care, and deliver therapy services that support student development and academic success. Key Responsibilities + Provide direct therapy services to students in accordance with their plan of care + Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports + Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success Minimum Requirements + Current Occupational Therapist license in the state of practice + One (1) year of prior professional OT experience (preferred) + Compliance with all relevant professional standards of practice + Current CPR certification (if applicable) + TB screening and health certificate (as required by contract/state) + Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements + Must be at least 18 years of age Interested?
