A stellar insurance agency with over 30 years of experience in the industry is seeking to add a Certificate Processor to its team. What We're Looking For:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience specifically with certificates of insurance.
• An active Property & Casualty License
• Proficiency in Outlook, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and various database management systems.
• Experience with AMS 360 is a significant plus.

In this vital role, you will be instrumental in ensuring seamless operations and exceptional client satisfaction:

• Efficiently create and issue certificates of insurance.
• Provide timely assistance with day-to-day service requests and renewal inquiries.
• Accurately transfer certificates into our database management system.
• Deliver outstanding customer service through prompt and professional communication via phone and email.
• Collaborate effectively with producers and Account Managers to achieve shared goals.
