Position: Inside Sales Representative

Pay Range: $20 to $22 per hour plus commission

Location: San Diego, CA (92127/4S Ranch)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM

Position Overview:

As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in converting qualified leads into sales and supporting existing clients with product solutions. You'll become a subject matter expert on the company's offerings and deliver tailored presentations to help customers understand the value of the products and services. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with existing customers to promote and sell company products and services.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals across multiple offerings.
• Deliver professional product presentations and demonstrations.
• Develop deep product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits.
• Collaborate with internal teams on product development, marketing, and customer support initiatives.
• Manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in inside or field sales.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM/account management tools (preferred).
• High level of integrity, accountability, and professionalism.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
