Job Description

Trueline is seeking an Industrial Manufacturing   Estimator to join their team in the Pacific Northwest. This role is ideal for someone with deep industry expertise looking to own major mechanical and piping projects from bid to build while working in a collaborative and low-turnover environment.

Must-Haves as the Estimator:

  • 5-10 years of experience in heavy industrial construction (mills, refineries, manufacturing facilities)
  • Proven background in mechanical installation, piping systems, and civil concrete work
  • Highly proficient with Procore and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Strong estimating experience for large-scale projects, including pre-bid site investigations
  • Excellent understanding of construction plans/specs and ability to translate into comprehensive estimates
  • Ability to manage project scope, budget, and schedule with minimal supervision
  • Comfortable working with owners, engineers, and cross-functional teams
  • High attention to detail and ability to navigate digital construction documentation

Nice-to-Haves as the Estimator:

  • Degree in mechanical, electrical, civil, or construction-related field (not required as experience is king!)
  • Prior experience with paper mill or refinery environments
