Job Description
Responsible for development of Automated Logic software for the purpose of controlling HVAC/Lighting and integrating third party devices to the Automated Logic building automation system per the engineer’s sequence of operation using CSC established standard.
Duties
· Communicating regular progress reports for project managers, project directors and clients
· Initial project review
· Review sequence of operations
· Generate databases using ALC Sitebuilder
· Generate software programs using ALC Logicbuilder
· Modifications to existing systems as needed
· Program simulation, troubleshoot as needed
· Improving system efficiencies
· Integration of multiple systems
· Knowledge of industry standard integration (Modbus, Lonworks, BACnet, etc.)
· Coordinate with project directors and project engineers
· Custom report generation
· Implement change orders
· Manage multiple projects with competing priorities
Qualifications
· Strong problem-solving skills
· A creative approach for generating new ideas
· A sound knowledge of MS Office software
· An excellent grasp of engineering and software principles
· Excellent communication skills
· Good team working skills
· A comprehensive understanding of ALC products and software preferred
· 3-5 years of industry related field experience with HVAC systems preferred
