Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process by posting job openings, screening applicants, and coordinating interview schedules.
  • Support employee relations by responding to inquiries, helping resolve conflicts, and fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Contribute to performance management activities, including facilitating performance reviews and feedback discussions.
  • Maintain compliance with labor laws and company policies through accurate recordkeeping and regular audits.
  • Coordinate and support training and development initiatives to promote employee growth and career advancement.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Compile and analyze HR data and reports to guide management decisions and enhance HR strategies.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives designed to improve organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in human resources, preferably within the retail industry.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and best HR practices.
  • Must be skilled in proficient in HR information systems.
  • Must be skilled in MS Office Suite.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
