Job Description

1. Assist the HR team in day-to-day operations and administrative tasks.
2. Support in recruitment processes such as job postings, CV screening, and interview scheduling.
3. Help with employee onboarding and maintaining employee records.
4. Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement activities .
5. Maintain and update HR databases and HRMS systems .
6. Support payroll processing, attendance, and leave management tasks.
7. Participate in HR projects such as policy updates, performance appraisal support, and recruitment drives.
8. Assist in preparing HR reports and documentation as required by management.
9. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling employee information.
10. Learn and adapt to HR tools, processes, and compliance regulations .
