We’re looking for a Finance, Operations & Growth Associate to join our Founder's Office Team. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of finance, operations, and growth, helping KODIF scale efficiently while driving awareness and demand. You’ll work directly with leadership to design and execute processes, improve our financial health, and experiment with marketing tactics that generate inbound traffic and build our brand.

What You’ll Do

Finance

  • Own strategic finance initiatives, including burn management, cash flow forecasting, and SaaS metric tracking
  • Work with external accountants to maintain accurate, audit-ready books
  • Build and manage AR/AP processes from scratch
  • Handle payroll, benefits administration, and compliance filings
  • Prepare financial reports and dashboards to support leadership decision-making and investor updates

Revenue Operations

  • Partner with sales and customer success to improve onboarding, revenue recognition, and upsell/renewal processes
  • Support pipeline forecasting and ensure smooth handoffs from sales to implementation
  • Identify and implement tools to improve visibility into revenue performance
  • Track and analyze SaaS revenue metrics to surface trends and insights

Growth & Marketing Operations

  • Produce, manage, and publish content across LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social channels
  • Manage the creation and distribution of video content to highlight customer wins, product updates, and industry insights
  • Run small-scale paid ad campaigns (LinkedIn, Google, Meta) and measure ROI
  • Experiment with inbound traffic generation tactics, including SEO content and landing page optimization
  • Collaborate with leadership to define content direction and ensure consistent brand voice across channels
  • Track performance of growth initiatives and recommend optimizations

General Operations

  • Build relationships across teams to understand challenges and create scalable solutions
  • Diligence and implement software, vendors, and tools to support recurring operational needs
  • Support leadership with ad hoc strategic projects, including investor decks, vendor negotiations, and scenario modeling
  • Bring a proactive, problem-solving mindset to every corner of the business
You Should Apply If
  • You have 2–4 years of experience in finance, operations, growth, or marketing — ideally in SaaS, consulting, or a startup environment
  • You’re equally comfortable with spreadsheets, project plans, and campaign dashboards
  • You’re organized, detail-oriented, and take ownership from start to finish
  • You can balance analytical problem-solving with creative thinking
  • You’re curious about how the business works end-to-end — from generating leads to closing deals to delivering value
