FIT is seeking standout talent to lead the charge in our flagship studio - and play a key role in building the future of a brand on the verge of expansion. More than a coaching gig, it’s a chance to be part of something that values craft, soul, and impact.

We’re seeking a Group Fitness Trainer with elite technical ability  and deep musicality—someone who can nail a deadlift cue and drop the beat at just the right moment. You know how to command a room, move with precision, and leave people better than you found them.

What You’ll Do

• Coach 3+ weekly group fitness classes that meet FIT’s high standard of movement, presence, and flow
• Curate powerful playlists and program immersive class experiences that align music, lighting, and coaching
• Represent FIT’s ethos and elevate the energy in and out of the studio
• Participate in monthly team sessions and quarterly development check-ins
• Commit to continued learning (minimum one professional course per year)

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ years of group fitness experience with a strong command of form, pacing, and class management
• Exceptional presence—both on mic and in person
• A sharp ear for music and rhythm (if you’ve been told you “DJ your workouts,” we want to meet you)
• Coachable, reliable, and able to take feedback without ego
• Collaborative and supportive of fellow trainers
• Backgrounds in boxing, kettlebell, dance, or other movement arts are a plus

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $50.00 - $100.00 per hour

Expected hours: 3 – 10 per week
