-Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or DPT)
-Licensed to practice Physical Therapy in the state of Texas or eligible for licensure through the Physical Therapy Compact
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills
-Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
-1–4 years of outpatient experience (new graduates welcome to apply)
-Proficient with Electronic Medical Records (Net Health)
-Self-starter with the ability to multitask and work both independently and collaboratively
Job Description
Insight Global is currently seeking a full-time Licensed Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team in Eagle Pass, TX. Our team includes a Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant to support collaborative and coordinated patient care. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about outpatient care, demonstrates a strong work ethic, and values long-term career growth.
Key Responsibilities
-Deliver hands-on, individualized physical therapy to a diverse outpatient caseload
-Manage daily workflow efficiently to ensure optimal patient outcomes
-Maintain thorough and accurate documentation using EMR
-Communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, referral sources, and case managers
-Contribute to a culture of quality customer service and clinical excellence
-Participate in ongoing professional development and clinic improvement initiatives
Compensation:
$80,000 to $100,000 per year annual salary.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
