Part-Time Front Desk Receptionist

• Contract (6+ months)
• Part-Time (Tuesday-Thursday, 25 hours per week)

What you should know: Mulberry has partnered with a national engineering firm to hire a Front Desk Receptionist! In this role, you’ll provide administrative support for staff by performing routine clerical, secretarial and administrative activities to ensure smooth operations of the office. The ideal candidate is personable, resourceful, able to multi-task, and flexible.

A day in the life:

• Field phone calls and greet visitors providing a professional and welcoming office experience.
• Prepare outgoing mail; sort and distribute incoming mail.
• Provide general administrative assistance to various departments.
• Maintain calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate communications.
• Assist in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies.
• Coordinate office catering needs.
• Coordinate the setup and cleanup of meeting rooms and shared spaces; ensure kitchen/coffee areas are well-maintained.
• Assist with general onboarding requirements.
• Book travel arrangements.
• Maintain equipment check-out.
• Support internal and external in-office group events.
• Special projects as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise:

• 1+ years in customer-service roles
• Warm, welcoming, personable, and a strong communicator
• Service mindset, strong judgement and a team player
• MS Office experience required

Compensation and Benefits : $25 per hour plus access to our employer of record partner’s benefits! The part-time schedule is Tuesday-Thursday all day with flexible hours to start as soon as 7AM, or as late as 9AM.
