Vacherie Restaurant in the French Quarter is looking for an organized and efficient line cook for pm shifts. Part Time, with growth to Full Time possible. No late nights - kitchen closes by 10pm. Fun bar food menu, served in a casual setting.
Hourly pay rate is competitive, based on experience.
Applicant must have solid experience including sauté, grill, pantry, and fry stations, and must enjoy working independently and multitasking at a fast pace. Clean work habits and skill in attractive plating are important. Positive attitude and team spirit are key. On-time reliability is absolutely required.
We are open every day, so weekend and holiday availability is important.
Opened in 2011, Vacherie Restaurant is part of a locally-owned independent restaurant group. There are opportunities for advancement, and we promote from within.
