**Job Opportunity: Flooring Installer**
Join a dynamic team revolutionizing the way modular homes are built! We're seeking a skilled **Flooring Installer** to help craft high-quality living spaces for multi-family, assisted living, and hospitality developments. Based in **Albertville** , you'll work in a cutting-edge, climate-controlled 180,000 sq. ft. facility where entire buildings are manufactured and shipped for on-site assembly.
**Pay: $25-32/hour (based on experience)**
**Location: Albertville, MN**
**Responsibilities**
+ Install carpet and vinyl flooring in modular units for commercial construction projects.
+ Prepare surfaces to ensure they are clean, level, and ready for installation.
+ Measure and cut flooring materials with precision.
+ Load and unload flooring tools and materials.
+ Collaborate with a team to build apartments from the ground up.
+ Maintain high standards of quality and meet project timelines.
**Essential Skills**
+ 5+ years of flooring installation experience.
+ Expertise in vinyl and carpet installation.
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
+ Skilled with tape measures, hand tools, power tools, and woodworking equipment.
+ Strong teamwork and leadership abilities.
+ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
**Bonus Qualifications**
+ Experience in new construction projects.
+ Cabinetry installation knowledge is a plus.

**Work Schedule & Environment**
+ Choose between:
+ Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday, 6:00 AM-4:00 PM
+ Monday-Thursday, 4:00 PM-2:00 AM
+ Optional Friday or Monday shifts available.
+ Work on-site in a **climate-controlled, state-of-the-art facility** .
+ Focus on modular builds for multi-family, assisted living, and hospitality sectors.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Albertville, MN.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr.
