We are seeking a motivated & customer-focused Flooring & Carpet Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for home improvement & design, with the ability to assist customers in selecting flooring solutions that best fit their needs. Your role will involve direct sales, product consultation, & creating a positive shopping experience for every customer.

What you’ll do…
Greet & assist customers in the showroom, providing expert advice on flooring options
Educate customers on product features, benefits, & maintenance
Present product samples & design ideas to help customers make informed decisions
Generate & follow up on sales leads, maintain customer relationships
Process orders, manage inventory, & ensure timely product delivery
Work closely with installation teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Meet & exceed sales targets & contribute to overall store success

Effective Communicator Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Willingness to Learn Prior sales & flooring experience, not required if you have a willingness to learn

Schedule Availability Able & willing to work a full time schedule as described above
