We are looking for an experienced, result-driven Part-Time Sales Associate at HOTWORX Eagan to be responsible for all sales job duties, from generating leads to closing sales. Our Sales Associate duties and responsibilities include working closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about our products, and recommend the right solutions.

Ultimately, the duties of a Sales Associate are to achieve excellent customer service, while consistently meeting the studio's sales goals.

We provide training, certifications, and support to ensure your success. Compensation includes hourly pay, commission, free studio membership, and product discounts.

You would be a great fit for this opportunity if you have the following qualities:

• Sales Experience.
• Social Media Experience (content creation).
• Customer Service: 2+ years (Preferred).
• Experience/Interest in health/fitness.
• Dynamic, outgoing personality.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must be able to work flexible hours (including evenings and Saturdays).
• High school Diploma or equivalent.
• Evening availability, with flexibility to work daytime shifts if needed.

Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:

• Sell memberships and do the necessary prospecting and outside promotions for new members; achieving personal sales goals.
• Post on Social Media promoting HOTWORX workouts, products, and benefits.
• Conduct professional guest follow-up and member communications, via email, text, and phone.
• Greet members and guests promptly, and enthusiastically, creating a friendly, energetic, and welcoming atmosphere.
• Conduct studio tours for guests and new members.
• Respond immediately to member requests, inquiries, and concerns.
• Follow general cleaning and maintenance checklists and guides as assigned by management.
• Complete all daily open/closing procedures and checklists for each shift.
• Our ideal candidates have previous sales experience and a strong interest in helping others feel and look their very best while benefiting from rewarding performance-based commissions and bonuses.

Staffed Hours:

• Monday - Thursday 11 am-8 pm.
• Fridays 9 am-6 pm.

COMPENSATION:
