Join Our Team at EFG Capital International – Financial Advisor (Associate Director)

EFG Capital is seeking a driven and client-oriented Financial Advisor to join our Private Banking team in Miami. In this role, you will manage and grow a portfolio of U.S.-based high-net-worth clients by delivering tailored investment advisory and discretionary solutions. You’ll collaborate closely with Relationship Managers across EFG’s global network and play a key role in expanding our presence through referrals and strategic prospecting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cultivate and manage relationships with HNW clients
• Deliver investment advisory services aligned with client needs
• Collaborate with internal referral sources and convert prospects
• Maintain compliance with FINRA and EFG internal policies
• Travel to meet stakeholders and promote the US Referral Desk
• Track portfolio performance and prepare business pipeline forecasts

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• Active FINRA Series 7 & 65 (or ability to obtain within 3 months)
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience advising U.S. clients
• $50M+ in transferable Assets Under Management (AUM)
• Strong knowledge of investment products and U.S. tax-efficient strategies
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Multi-language fluency is a plus
