🔎 Now Hiring: Facilities Space Planner – AutoCAD & Layout Design
📍 On-site in Sunnyvale, CA
💵 $35–$40/hr | M–F, standard business hours
📝 6-month contract with potential to extend/convert
If AutoCAD is your second language and you're someone who sees floor plans like a chess board (strategic, flexible, and built to win), this role might be your perfect fit.
We're partnering with a leading medical device manufacturer in the Bay Area that's growing fast, and they need someone to take the reins on all things space planning . You’ll work across lab and office spaces, making real-time layout adjustments, collaborating with stakeholders, and shaping the way the teams work every day.
✨ What You’ll Be Doing:
• Managing and updating CAFM models
• Making on-the-fly layout changes for labs and offices
• Planning setups for furniture, equipment, telecom, and electrical
• Partnering with stakeholders to forecast space needs
• Supporting records management and admin tasks for global teams
✅ What You Bring to the Table:
• 5+ years of AutoCAD drafting experience
• 5+ years of space planning or facilities layout work
• Comfort working on-site and collaborating across departments
• Strong skills in MS Office and communication
• High School Diploma or equivalent
💡 Bonus Points If You Have:
• Experience in manufacturing or lab environments
• Familiarity with OfficeSpace or other CAFM tools
• A background in Architecture or Interior Design
• Admin, accounting, or data entry skills
