Position Summary

Excite Credit Union is seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Financial Officer to join our leadership team. This role demands a strategic thinker with a robust background in accounting and finance, coupled with strong financial analysis skills. The ideal candidate will be an innovative leader adept at cross-departmental collaboration, with a proven track record of engaging with Boards of Directors and managing new projects. Key responsibilities include overseeing all financial activities, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of financial information. This position also involves working closely with other departments to support organizational objectives, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes teamwork and effective communication.
