What You’ll Do

• Serve as a trusted partner to IT and Empower teams, identifying innovative solutions for operational and technical needs.
• Analyze and resolve Level 1–3 customer-reported issues, ensuring timely and effective feedback. Conduct application and integrated testing for assigned modules, validating builds with end users. Participate in operational discovery sessions to uncover organizational needs and recommend improvements.
• Support integration with third-party applications when applicable.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date department documentation.
• Provide regular status updates to management and actively contribute in meetings and committees.
• Represent the team with professionalism—even under tight deadlines and high-pressure situations.
