Full Time roles are eligible for the above, plus:

Job Summary:

As the Employee Housing Maintenance Team, you will primarily focus on the maintenance and repairs of company equipment. You may also complete the general upkeep of aesthetics, such as painting and landscaping. This intermediate level position is a great opportunity to learn new skills and gain knowledge in many aspects of maintenance and trades! 

Job Specifications:

  • Expected Pay Range: $22.00 - $30.05 / hour
  • Housing: Available
  • Shift & Schedule Availability:  Full-Time, Year-Round
  • Skill Level: Intermediate

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that company assets are maintained and repaired 

  • Help in all areas of Building Maintenance work, interior and exterior. 

  • Respond to requests from internal and external guests in a timely manner 

  • Prioritize work based on the needs of team, guests, and the business 

  • Make recommendations and implement corrective actions to improve facilities 

  • Other duties as assigned 

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience - required
  • Minimum of four years of related field experience - required
  • Able and willing to work outside in all weather conditions while completing a variety of different tasks 

  • Strong communication, interpersonal and troubleshooting skills 

  • Have a strong focus on a safe work environment for yourself and your team. 

  • Mechanical aptitude is an asset 

  • Suits a self-motivated person that enjoys a sense of accomplishment 

The expected pay range is $22.00 - $30.05. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
