SRMC is a Joint Commission accredited, 133 bed acute care facility. Services include behavioral health, bone and joint care, cardiac catheterization, lab and diagnostics, obstetrics, oncology, rehabilitation, surgery and women's health. Opened in 2010, Spotsylvania Regional is located on a 75-acre campus and is part of HCA Virginia, which is the commonwealth's most comprehensive healthcare network. We have a freestanding emergency room located at 5001 Plank Road.
