What’s on Offer:

• 6-month contract with the potential for full-time hire
• First shift - $18–22 per hour

What You’ll Do as an Electrical Assembler:

• Assemble and solder electrical components using precision tools
• Perform high-dexterity tasks following technical schematics, drawings, and work instructions
• Handle fine wires, specialty adhesives, and small parts with care
• Maintain FOD-sensitive and cleanroom standards during assembly
• Cross-train in other areas and contribute to a collaborative production team
• Follow quality procedures and help drive continuous improvement

What You Bring As An Electrical Assembler:

• 1+ year of electrical assembly experience
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and bills of materials (BOMs)
• Solid manual dexterity and attention to detail
• Familiarity with J-STD-001 or IPC-A-610 standards is a plus
• Background in aerospace, medical devices, or other regulated industries is desirable
• High school diploma or equivalent
