The Digital Business Analyst (DBA) will play a critical role in supporting and optimizing Galls’ proprietary B2B solution, eQuip, as well as managing key third-party software applications across the organization. This position is responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of software releases and collaborating closely with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and technical teams to ensure smooth operations and effective alignment between technology solutions and business needs.

In this role, the analyst will help drive the successful deployment of updates and new features, while contributing to the development of innovative, user-friendly digital experiences that enhance customer retention and fuel growth in our B2B client segments. Additionally, they will support the implementation and ongoing management of essential third-party platforms that power Galls' business operations.

Essential Functions: (Areas of Responsibility)

  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify and resolve opportunities and pain points in B2B eQuip platform.
  • Support the definition of product vision, scope, features, and requirements to retain and grow the digital customer base.
  • Capture comprehensive requirements to drive creation of wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and user stories to communicate product functionality.
  • Participate in usability testing and gather user feedback to refine product design and improve user experience.
  • Provide product support and troubleshooting to resolve issues and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all third-party software applications used across the organization.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and escalate issues to vendors as needed, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Conduct regular audits and maintenance to ensure system reliability and compliance.
  • Partner with business units to evaluate, recommend, and implement enhancements or upgrades.
  • Plan, coordinate, and document enterprise software releases, patches, and new implementations.
  • Oversee post-release reviews to ensure quality and identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain documentation including user guides, system configurations, and release notes.
  • Act as a liaison with third-party vendors to manage contracts, service levels, and deliverables.
  • Lead regular vendor meetings to ensure alignment of timelines and expectations.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and integrate feedback into future releases.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, computer science, engineering, design, or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in website, digital product development, and third-party HR, Call Center, CRM, and/or Supply Chain Applications, preferably in an agile environment
  • Strong knowledge of marketing and eCommerce principles
  • Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles, methods, and tools
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
  • Passionate about creating innovative and impactful digital products
