Job Description

Primary Focus:

This is a delivery-first role (75%) with a strong customer-service heartbeat. Warehouse duties (25%) support efficiency and staging but the real impact happens in the field.

What makes this role special:

This person isn’t just dropping boxes. They’re the face of Marshall Flooring in customers’ homes, doing white-glove deliveries, moving furniture, installing area rugs, collecting balances, and turning what could be a transactional moment into a “wow” moment. They’re the final impression.

Core expectations:

• Lift and move heavy items safely (60+ lbs)
• Drive a box truck with confidence and care
• Deliver products, install area rugs, move furniture
• Assist installers with large rolls or heavy items
• Create an efficient daily delivery plan
• Flex when last-minute deliveries pop up
• Handle returns and other logistics
• Keep the warehouse organized and operational
• Show up with strong people skills and rock-solid customer service
• Truck cleanliness and schedule service & maintenance
• Live the core values — especially Customer First

Experience:

3–5 years in delivery + customer-service environments. No CDL needed.

Clean Driving Record

Schedule:

Full-time, M–F, 8:00–4:00 (flex if necessary). No weekends. No overtime.

Comp:

$45–55k salary + full benefits package (Health, Vision, Dental, Retirement, Profit Sharing, Year-End Bonus)
