Job Description

LaSalle Network is seeking a Data Entry Clerk to support a client’s busy procurement team. This temporary role focuses on data accuracy, order processing, and supporting daily operational workflows to keep purchasing activities running smoothly.

• Review and correct purchase orders with data mismatches or errors before resubmitting to suppliers
• Perform basic procurement functions and assist with administrative tasks
• Follow established processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Ensure timely and accurate data entry to support downstream processes
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and maintain workflow efficiency

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with spreadsheets and databases
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Ability to follow SOPs and adapt to feedback
• Quick learner with solid understanding of workflows and timelines
• Self-starter who works independently and meets deadlines
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills

Details:

• Hours: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Work Model: Onsite: Monday-Friday
• Compensation: $17-20/hr – depending on experience
• Timeline: Project
